(a) Without the prior consent of Lender, neither Borrower nor any Restricted Party shall do any of the following (each, a “Transfer”): sell, transfer, convey, assign, mortgage, pledge, encumber, alienate, xxxxx x Xxxx on, xxxxx any option with respect to or grant any other interest in the Property, any part thereof or any interest therein (including any legal, beneficial or economic interest in Borrower or any Restricted Party), directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, by operation of law or otherwise, and whether or not for consideration or of record, other than Permitted Transfers.
