Transfer or Exchange of Beneficial Interests in Global Securities for Definitive Securities. (1) Beneficial Interests in Restricted Global Securities to Restricted Definitive Securities. Subject to Section 2.4 hereof, if any holder of a beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security proposes to exchange such beneficial interest for a Restricted Definitive Security or to transfer such beneficial interest to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of a Restricted Definitive Security, then, upon receipt by the Registrar of the following documentation:
