Transfer or Further Encumbrance of the Property. In the event of any sale, conveyance, transfer, lease, pledge or further encumbrance of the Property or any interest in or any part of the Property, or any further assignment of rents from the Property without the prior written consent of Collateral Agent then, at Collateral Agent’s option, Collateral Agent may declare all Obligations of Grantor to be due and payable immediately without demand or notice.
