Transfer Pathways. 1. SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education welcomes students who wish to transfer from North Shore Community College.
2. As SNHU is regionally accredited, all academic course work in which a student has earned a grade of “C‐” or higher is fully transferable based on the attached course equivalents. Academic course work in which a student has earned a “C‐” or better will transfer provided the GPA of transferring coursework is a 2.0 or higher. Up to 90 credits may be accepted in transfer toward a bachelor degree program.
3. Based on the course equivalency tables attached (see Appendix 1), SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education guarantees transferability of all credits outlined in the following North Shore Community College associate's degrees to their corresponding SNHU‐COCE bachelor's degrees:

Additionally, and upon a student’s admission to the university, SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education guarantees transferability of a minimum of 60 credits outlined in any North Shore Community College Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degrees to the SNHU Bachelor of Arts in General Studies.
5. Students transferring from North Shore Community College may enroll at SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education as full or part time students. The Bachelor of Arts in General Studies program is only offered online.
6. Military students enrolling at SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education may transfer up to 90 hours for a bachelor's with unlimited CLEP, DANTES and Excelsior credits‐‐providing students meet residency requirements.
Transfer Pathways. Agreed upon major/program transfer pathways will be created as part of this articulation agreement as appropriate.
1.) The College will post all Transfer Pathways online.
2.) UC and the College will each identify a staff member to serve as a contact to assure continued communication between the two institutions on matters relating to this agreement and to review transfer pathways annually.
3.) As per state policy regarding the Ohio Guaranteed Transfer Pathways (OGTP) Implementation, “local or regional agreements may continue to exist as long as they further supplement the existing OGTPs and do not contradict them”.

Students with a cumulative GPA between 2.0 and 2.49 on the degree or diploma awarding transcript may be provisionally accepted and must also meet the licensure requirements. Based on the course equivalency tables attached (see Appendix 1), SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education guarantees transferability of all credits outlined as Los Angeles Community College District IGETC and CSU General Ed Breadth Requirements courses to their corresponding SNHU-COCE courses attached: (Appendix 1)
2. Additionally, and upon a student’s admission to the university, SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education guarantees transferability of a minimum of 60 credits outlined in any Los Angeles Community College District Associate degree to the SNHU Bachelor of Arts in General Studies.
3. Students transferring from Los Angeles Community College District may enroll at SNHU-COCE as full or part time students.
4. Military students enrolling at SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education may transfer up to 90 hours for a bachelor's with unlimited CLEP, DANTES and Excelsior credits--providing students meet residency requirements.
Transfer Pathways. Outside of the general education block, participating New Hampshire Transfer Guarantee four-year institutions may receive major requirements and other electives at their discretion, while guaranteeing a minimum of associate degree transferable credits and advanced class standing. Existing articulation agreements will be honored under this agreement. To maximize clarity for prospective students, existing programmatic (major) articulation agreements and/or guaranteed admission programs between New Hampshire community colleges and receiving institutions that have signed MOAs to participate in the New Hampshire Guarantee will be referred to under the broader umbrella of the New HampshireTransfer Guarantee. This necessitates marketing the New Hampshire Guarantee rather than continuing to market individual articulation agreements that have been absorbed under this larger community college transfer heading. If an institution is considering signing an MOA but is anticipating challenges related to honoring existing agreements or programs (e.g., if they have an articulation agreement for a program that must remain distinct due to narrow admissions parameters such a student age or due to its ties to a specific funding stream), they should reach out to NEBHE facilitators for technical support. If an institution does not have any extant articulated pathways, they are encouraged to develop mapped pathways in order to streamline the transfer process.

Equivalent courses taken at MHCC will satisfy the parallel requirements at CSC, as per the transfer pathways agreed upon by CSC and MHCC. The minimum number of total credits required for baccalaureate graduation at CSC is 120 credits. The minimum number of credits that must be taken at CSC for baccalaureate graduation is 30 credits. All degree requirements must be satisfied in order to receive a degree from CSC, as detailed in the College Catalog. Any student who wishes to transfer under the terms of this agreement must provide CSC with a current official transcript of academic work from MHCC or any other college/university where coursework was completed.
Transfer Pathways. Outside of the general education block, participating Vermont Transfer Guarantee four- year institutions may receive major requirements and other electives at their discretion, while guaranteeing a minimum of 60 transferable credits and advanced class standing. Existing articulation agreements, including 2+2 pathways, will be honored under this agreement. To maximize clarity for prospective students, existing programmatic (major) articulation agreements and/or guaranteed admission programs between CCV and receiving institutions that have signed MOAs to participate in the Vermont Transfer Guarantee will be referred to under the broader umbrella of the Vermont Transfer Guarantee. This necessitates marketing the Vermont Transfer Guarantee rather than continuing to market individual articulation agreements that have been absorbed under this larger community college transfer heading. To be eligible for unconditional enrollment under this articulation agreement into the BSN program at SNHU, the student must submit proof of having been awarded an Associate degree in Nursing from Middlesex Community College in the form of an official transcript from the Middlesex Community College and submit proof of successfully passing the NCLEX-RN licensing exam.
2. As SNHU is regionally accredited, all academic course work in which a student has earned a grade of “C” or higher is fully transferable based on the attached course equivalents. Academic course work in which a student has earned a “C-” or better will transfer provided the GPA of transferring coursework is a 2.5 or higher.

Based on the attached transfer schedule (Appendix 1), SNHU guarantees transferability of the included credits from the Middlesex Community College Associate Degree in Nursing to the SNHU Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Up to 90 credits may be accepted in transfer toward a bachelor degree program.
4. Students transferring from Middlesex Community College may enroll at SNHU College of Online and Continuing Education as full or part time students.
5. MCC students who do not satisfy the admission requirements set forth above for guaranteed admission may be considered for conditional admission by SNHU, but admission will not be guaranteed.

To be eligible for all benefits of this agreement, the student must submit proof of having been awarded an associate’s degree from Northern Essex Community College in the form of an official transcript from Northern Essex Community College.
2. Students transferring with 60 or more credits are granted junior status, and no more than 90 credits will be accepted in transfer to a bachelor’s degree program.
4. Credits used to complete requirements for a Northern Essex Community College associate’s degree may not be applied a second time toward courses in the bachelor’s degree if it is included in the transfer of credit as part of this agreement.
5. Students transferring from NECC may enroll at SNHU as full or part time students. The majority of SNHU’s bachelor’s programs are offered both on campus and online.
