Transfer Price Reduction Yield. If the Adjusted Liquidity Price is included in the calculation of the Conduit Transfer Price for any Purchaser Interest, each Financial Institution agrees that the Agent shall pay to Conduit the Reduction Percentage of any Yield received by the Agent with respect to such Purchaser Interest.
