Transfer Prices. (a) The Transfer Prices for the Products set forth in Exhibit 1.20 ------------ shall be firm for the first Calendar Year of this Agreement. Thereafter, the Parties shall meet annually to discuss changes to Transfer Prices for the Products. Any adjustment to the Transfer Prices of the Products shall be agreed upon in writing by both Parties.
