Transfer processor to processor. (a) OPTION 1: SPECIFIC PRIOR AUTHORISATION The data importer shall not sub-contract any of its processing activities performed on behalf of the data exporter under these Clauses to a sub-processor without the prior specific written authorisation of the controller. The data importer shall submit the request for specific authorisation at least ten (10) business days prior to the engagement of the sub- processor, together with the information necessary to enable the controller to decide on the authorisation. 8 This requirement may be satisfied by the sub-processor acceding to these Clauses under the appropriate Module, in accordance with Clause 7. It shall inform the data exporter of such engagement. The list of sub- processors already authorised by the controller can be found in Annex III. The Parties shall keep Annex III up to date.
