Transfer Prohibited. The Trade Name granted hereunder shall not be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of Grantor. In the event of a prohibited transfer, Grantor shall have the right to terminate this Agreement forthwith by written notice to Grantee.
