Transfer Restrictions of Series 2018-1 Class A-2 Notes. (a) A Series 2018-1 Global Note may not be transferred, in whole or in part, to any Person other than DTC or a nominee thereof, or to a successor Depository or to a nominee of a successor Depository, and no such transfer to any such other Person may be registered; provided, however, that this Section 4.4(a) shall not prohibit any transfer of a Series 2018-1 Class A-2 Note that is issued in exchange for a Series 2018-1 Global Note in accordance with Section 2.8 of the Base Indenture and shall not prohibit any transfer of a beneficial interest in a Series 2018-1 Global Note effected in accordance with the other provisions of this Section 4.4.
