Transfer Schedule. MoH will transfer aggregate epidemiological data to PFIZER: (i) weekly; (ii) at the end of 1 year for any residual data both parties mutually agreed upon and other frequency mutually agreed upon. MoH will work with PFIZER if changes are needed in the data formatting or transmission process to ensure data quality and usability. Analysis of the data associated with the vaccination project will be independently or jointly performed by MOH and Pfizer and shared with the other Party. Transfer Schedule. The anticipated content and timing of data transfers will be agreed to by the JDC and documented in a data transfer plan.
Transfer Schedule. Upon receipt of the license fee described in Paragraph 4.1, BCM shall, within thirty (30) days thereof, provide LICENSEE with reasonable quantities of the Subject Technology. The Parties understand and agree that BCM will use reasonable efforts to provide the Subject Technology within thirty (30) days of receipt of the license fee, however the Parties acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances might delay delivery.
Transfer Schedule. Upon receipt of the license fee described in Section 4.1, BCM shall, within [***] thereof, provide LICENSEE with reasonable quantities of the Subject Technology. The Parties understand and agree that BCM will use reasonable efforts to provide the Subject Technology within [***] of receipt of the license fee, however the Parties acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances might delay delivery and such failure to provide the Subject Technology based on such unforeseen circumstances shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement by BCM.
Transfer Schedule. Following consultation and upon confirmation by Part A and Party B of the financial arrangement made by Party A for the value of the Transferred Assets and the consideration to be paid by Party B and the signing of the agreement, Party A shall in its best effort and as early as practically possible transfer the Transferred Assets of Party A’s branches to the proposed New Company. Party B shall in its best effort and as practically as possible ensure that Party A transfers the Transferred Assets of Party A’s branches to the proposed New Company.
Transfer Schedule. The State and EPA agreed to implement the transfer of responsibilities for O&M of the Remedial Action from EPA to the State. The State commenced O&M responsibilities on the Transfer Date.
