Transfer Sheets and Weekly Position Listings. For a period of five years from the Closing Date, the Company will furnish to the Underwriter at the Company's sole expense such transfer sheets and position listings of the Company's securities as the Underwriter may request, including the daily, weekly and monthly consolidated transfer sheets of the transfer agent of the Company and the weekly position listings of the Depository Trust Company.
