TRANSFER STATION AND DROP-BOX SITES EVALUATIONS. (A) Baseline Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Records. The Company shall, within one hundred eighty (180) days following the Commencement Date, photograph, videotape, and prepare an itemized inventory and condition survey of all property constituting the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites, including records of assets installed, the manufacturer, identification number and original cost data (the “Baseline Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Records”). The Baseline Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Records shall reflect the condition, functionality, and value of the Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites (including the grounds, roadways, parking areas, buildings, and equipment) as of the Commencement Date. The Baseline Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Records shall be prepared in accordance with the protocol established in Appendix 9. The purpose of the Baseline Transfer Station and Drop-Box Sites Records will be to establish an informational baseline for determining compliance by the Company with its maintenance, repair and replacement obligations under this Article. The Baseline Records developed by the Company will be in addition to information that may be acquired or maintained by the County.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • ACCESS TO OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS 2.1 BellSouth shall provide Max-Tel access to operations support systems (“OSS”) functions for pre-ordering, ordering and provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing. BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Access to System If Business Associate needs access to a Covered Entity Information Technology system to comply with its obligations under the Contract or this Agreement, Business Associate shall request, review, and comply with any and all policies applicable to Covered Entity regarding such system including, but not limited to, any policies promulgated by the Office of Information Technology and available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/about/policies.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
