Common use of Transfer Station Operator Clause in Contracts

Transfer Station Operator. An employee who is engaged in the operation and maintenance of all types of solid waste transfer station equipment. The employee may be required to direct the work of up to two (2) other lower paid employees. The employee’s background shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform these duties with skill, efficiency, tact, diplomacy and safety.

Transfer Station Operator. An employee who is engaged in the operation and maintenance of all types of solid waste transfer station equipment, including Loader, Grinder, Shredder, Trommel and Bagger. The employee may be required to direct the work of up to two three (23) other lower paid employees. The employee’s background shall be such as to qualify the employee to perform these duties with skill, efficiency, tact, diplomacy and safety.
