Transfer Statutes. The Company shall have provided to Parent documentation satisfactory to Parent that the Transactions do not trigger any filing requirement or other action under any environmental transfer statute, including the Connecticut Transfer of Hazardous Waste Establishments Act (Connecticut General Statutes ss. 22a-134, ET SEQ.) and the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act (N.J.S.A. ss. 13:1K-6, ET SEQ.), as amended, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.
