TRANSFER SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT. The parties agree that the transfer of administration and control of Provincial Roads from Saskatchewan to Canada to be set apart as an Entitlement Reserve shall in all cases be the subject of a separate agreement among the Band, Saskatchewan, Canada and the Rural Municipality, or Urban Municipality, or Northern Municipality within which the Provincial Road is located.
