Common use of Transfer Tax Forms Clause in Contracts

Transfer Tax Forms. All transfer tax and other similar tax returns which Seller is required by law to execute and acknowledge and to deliver, either individually or together with Purchaser, to any governmental authority as a result of the sale, and if Seller is responsible for payment of such taxes in accordance with this Agreement, checks made payable to the appropriate governmental authority in the required amounts (unless Seller authorizes the Title Company to deduct and pay such expenses out of monies payable to Seller).
