Transfer to Another Trustee. Upon the Executive's prior written consent, the Company may direct the Trustee to transfer the Trust Fund to a successor trustee as set forth in Section 11.1. The Trustee immediately will comply with that direction. When that transfer is completed, the Trustee will be relieved from all further obligations in connection with the Trust Fund.
