(1) You may transfer escrow securities Escrow Securities within escrow to or between a registered retirement savings plan ("RRSP"), registered retirement income fund ("RRIF") or other similar registered plan or fund with a trustee, where the annuitant of the RRSP or RRIF, or the beneficiaries of the other registered plan or fund are limited to you and your spouse, children and parents, or, or if you are the trustee of such a registered plan or fund, to the annuitant of the RRSP or RRIF, or a beneficiary of the other registered plan or fund, as applicable, or his or her spouse, children and parents.
