Transfer to Related Subsidiary. In the event the Optionee ceases to be an employee of the Company in order to become an employee of any subsidiary of the Company, or the Optionee ceases to be an employee of any such subsidiary in order to become an employee of the Company or of another subsidiary of the Company, then the Optionee shall be deemed to continue as an employee of the Company for all purposes of this Agreement.
