Transfer to Someone Else’s Account.  For Internal Transfers between your Velo by East West Bank account and another recipient’s account at the Bank, we will rely on the Account Name and Account Number you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to your designated recipient. We will also confirm that the account meets our processing criteria.
