Transfer Upon Offer to Declarant or Association. In the event an Owner desires or is required under Article XIII or this Article XIV to sell and assign his Condominium but such Owner does not have a bona fide offer to submit in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 1(a) above, then such Owner shall make or shall be deemed to have made, as the case may be, an irrevocable Offer to Declarant and to Association to sell Owner's Condominium to the accepting party on the terms set forth in subsection (c) hereof.
