Transferability of General Partner’s Interests. Except as provided in Section 10.3, and notwithstanding anything else contained herein, the General Partner may, at any time or from time to time without the consent or approval of the Limited Partners, Transfer all or any portion of its Interest to any Person. The General Partner will not cease to be a general partner of the Partnership solely as a result of its pledge of all or any portion of its Interest.
