Common use of Transferability of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Transferability of Intellectual Property. All Acquired Entity Intellectual Property is, and after the Closing Date will be, fully transferable, alienable and licensable by the Company and/or Buyer without restriction and without payment of any kind to any third party.
