Common use of Transferability of Notes Clause in Contracts

Transferability of Notes. (a) A Permitted Holder has the right to transfer at any time all or part of any Note to any Eligible Holder. If requested, the Fund will use its best efforts to arrange such transfers to one or more Eligible Holders identified by the Fund or by the transferor Permitted Holder.
