Common use of Transferability of the Warrant Clause in Contracts

Transferability of the Warrant. Subject to compliance with Section 8(c) hereof, which provisions are intended to ensure compliance with applicable federal and states securities laws, this Warrant and the shares of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of this Warrant may be transferred by the Holder hereof, in whole or in part and from time to time together with the transfer of the Credit Facility entered into in connection herewith to the extent any amount under such Credit Facility remains outstanding.
