Common use of Transferability of Units Clause in Contracts

Transferability of Units. Unless otherwise determined by the Committee, Units shall not be transferable by the Grantee other than by will or by the laws of descent or distribution. For avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxx issued to the Grantee in settlement of Units pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement shall not be subject to any of the foregoing transferability restrictions.
