Common use of Transferability of Warrants and Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Transferability of Warrants and Common Stock. Except as any Holder may otherwise agree in writing, any Warrants, all rights with respect thereto and any shares of Underlying Common Stock may be sold, transferred or disposed of, in whole or in part, without any requirement of obtaining the consent of the Company to so sell, transfer or dispose of, provided that any such sale, transfer or disposition shall be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, Article 7 hereof.
