Transferable Patents. “Transferable Patents” shall mean all patents, patent applications and provisional patent applications (including any patents issuing in respect of such patent applications and provisional patent applications) set forth in part B.1 of Exhibit B to this Agreement, together with any continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, divisionals and renewals of any such patents and patent applications and any foreign counterparts thereof.
