Common use of Transferee Company Substituted for Company Clause in Contracts

Transferee Company Substituted for Company. Upon any assumption in accordance with Section 4.1, the Transferee Company shall succeed to, and be substituted for, and may exercise every right and power of, the Company under this Indenture with the same effect as if such Transferee Company had been named as the Company herein; and thereafter the predecessor shall be released from all obligations and covenants under the relevant series of Notes and this Indenture with respect to the relevant series of Notes.
