Common use of Transferee of Trust Members Clause in Contracts

Transferee of Trust Members. Subject to Subsection (f) below, any Transferee of an Interest in the Company upon a Permitted Disposition by the Trust Members shall automatically become a Member with respect to such transferred Interest, subject to applicable law and upon execution of this Agreement, a counterpart of this Agreement or other documents agreeing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement. Other than as provided in the previous sentence, no Transferee of a Trust Member's Interest or portion thereof shall be admitted as a Member without Mutual Agreement.
