Transferee to Execute Counterpart Sample Clauses

Transferee to Execute Counterpart. A Party transferring its rights and interests as permitted or required by this Agreement shall require any transferee to execute a counterpart of this Agreement and thereby to agree to be bound by the contractual terms hereof in the same manner and to the same extent as though a Party hereto in the first instance.

  • Counterpart Signature This Agreement may be signed (including by electronic signature) and delivered (including by facsimile transmission, by email in PDF or similar format or using an online contracting service designated by AMO) in counterparts, and each signed and delivered counterpart will be deemed an original and both counterparts will together constitute one and the same document.

  • Counterpart Execution This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute but one and the same instrument.

  • Signature in Counterparts This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if the signatures thereto and hereto were upon the same instrument.

  • Execution in Counterpart This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original.

  • Signature/Counterparts This Agreement and any amendment thereto may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same document.
