Transferor Loss or Rights. Any Member who assigns any LLC Interests in the Company shall cease to be a Member with respect to such LLC Interests and shall no longer have any rights or privileges of a Member with respect thereto. If after the assignment of LLC Interests a Member no longer holds any LLC Interests, such Member shall cease to be a Member as provided in Section 6.11.
