Transferor's and Servicer's Subsequent Obligations. Upon any substitution of Leases in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9, the Transferor's and the Servicer's obligations hereunder with respect to the Predecessor Lease shall cease but the Transferor and the Servicer shall each thereafter have the same obligations with respect to the Substitute Lease substituted as it has with respect to all other Leases subject to the terms hereof.
