Common use of Transferor's Interest Clause in Contracts

Transferor's Interest. Except for the conveyances hereunder, in connection with any transaction permitted by Section 7.02 and as provided in Sections 2.09(e) and 6.03, such Transferor agrees not to transfer, assign, exchange or otherwise convey or pledge, hypothecate or otherwise grant a security interest in the Transferor's Interest represented by the Transferor Certificate or any Supplemental Certificate and any such attempted transfer, assignment, exchange, conveyance, pledge, hypothecation or grant shall be void.

Transferor's Interest. Except for the conveyances hereunder, in connection with any transaction permitted by Section 7.02 and as provided in Sections 2.09(e2.08(f) and 6.03, such Transferor agrees not to transfer, assign, exchange or otherwise convey or pledge, hypothecate or otherwise grant a security interest in the Transferor's Transferors' Interest represented by the Transferor Certificate or any Supplemental Certificate and any such attempted transfer, assignment, exchange, conveyance, pledge, hypothecation or grant shall be void.

Transferor's Interest. Except for the conveyances hereunderas otherwise permitted herein, in connection with any transaction permitted by Section 7.02 and as provided including in Sections 2.09(e) 2.12, 6.3 and 6.037.2, such the Transferor agrees not to transfer, assign, exchange or otherwise convey or pledge, hypothecate or otherwise grant a security interest in the Transferor's ’s Interest represented by the Transferor Certificate or any Supplemental Certificate and any such attempted transfer, assignment, exchange, conveyance, pledge, hypothecation or grant shall be void.
