TRANSFEROR'S REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS. To induce Transferee to enter into this Agreement and to purchase the Property, and to pay the Purchase Price therefor, Transferor hereby makes the following representations, warranties and covenants with respect to the Property, subject to the Warranty Disclosure Schedule attached hereto as EXHIBIT P, upon each of which Transferor acknowledges and agrees that Transferee is entitled to rely and has relied:
