Transferred Interest Held by the Bank Investors After a Termination Date. With respect to each Class, at all times on and after the occurrence of a Termination Event for such Class and with respect to any portion of the Transferred Interest held by the related Bank Investors for such Class (or any of them), subject to Section 7.2(b), the applicable Class Agent shall select all Tranche Periods and Tranche Rates applicable thereto.
