TRANSFERRED PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS SUBJECT TO THIS AGREEMENT. Sales, assignments, transfers, conveyances and pledges of Partnership Interests pursuant to this Article IX shall be subject to, and the transferee or pledgee shall acquire the transferred Partnership Interests subject to, all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
