From and after the date hereof, it has not authorized the filing of and is not aware of any financing statements against it that include a description of collateral covering any Additional Transferor Transferred Property transferred by it under this Agreement other than any financing statement filed in connection with this Agreement or any other Transaction Document or other Series Related Document.
