Common use of Transfers and Other Liens; Additional Shares Clause in Contracts

Transfers and Other Liens; Additional Shares. The Pledgor agrees that he will not (i) sell or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, or (ii) create or permit to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the security interest under this Agreement.

Transfers and Other Liens; Additional Shares. The During the term of this Agreement, the Pledgor agrees that he will it shall not (i) sell sell, assign (by operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, or (ii) create or permit to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance Lien upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the security interest under granted pursuant to this Agreement.

The Pledgor agrees that he will it shall not (i) sell sell, assign (by operation of law or otherwise) or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, or (ii) create or permit to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance Lien upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the security interest under granted pursuant to this Agreement.

The (a) Pledgor agrees that he will not (i) sell or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, or (ii) create or permit to exist any lien, lien or security interest, or other charge or encumbrance interest upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the security interest under this Agreement. (b) Pledgor agrees that he will vote to cause the Lender not to issue any additional stock or other securities or in substitution for the Pledged Shares.

The Pledgor agrees that he it will not (i) sell sell, assign or transfer or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option or warrant with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, Collateral or (ii) create or permit to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, except for the security interest lien in favor of the Bank under this Agreement.

Transfers and Other Liens; Additional Shares. The Pledgor agrees that he it will not (ia) sell sell, assign or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, other than the conveyance of the Treasury Strips in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Purchase Contract Agreement and the Holders Pledge Agreement; or (iib) create or permit suffer to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance Lien upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, Collateral except for the pledge, assignment and security interest created under this Agreement and Liens arising under the Holders Pledge Agreement.

The Pledgor agrees that he it will not (ia) sell sell, assign or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, any of the Pledged Collateral, ; or (iib) create or permit suffer to exist any lien, security interest, or other charge or encumbrance Lien upon or with respect to any of the Pledged Collateral, Collateral except for the pledge, assignment and security interest created under this Agreement and Liens arising under the Holders Pledge Agreement.
