Transfers and security interests. Tasmanian Irrigation will register on the WEPC Register any transfer of and any security interest held in the Rights that is: (a) permitted under this agreement; (b) notified to Tasmanian Irrigation by the Purchaser, any other Holder of the Rights or the security interest holder as the case may by; and (c) evidenced to the extent and in the manner required by Tasmanian Irrigation.
