Transfers by Facility Agent. The Facility Agent may transfer its rights hereunder to a successor Facility Agent in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Documents and any such transfer of rights by the Facility Agent shall be intimated to the Borrower. Upon any such transfer by the Facility Agent, the successor Facility Agent shall be deemed to be acting as Facility Agent for the purpose of this Agreement in place of the previous Facility Agent. The successor Facility Agent shall inform the Sponsor of the transfer upon the transfer becoming effective.
