Transfers by Interim Lenders. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) and (c) below, an Interim Lender (an Existing Interim Lender) may assign any of its rights or benefits, or transfer by novation or sub-participate any of its rights or benefits and obligations under or by reference to any Interim Finance Document to another bank or financial institution or to a trust, fund or other entity which is regularly engaged in or established for the purpose of making, purchasing or investing in loans, securities or other financial assets (a New Interim Lender).
