Transfers by Limited Partners. A Limited Partner may Transfer its Units only (i) if such Transfer has been approved by all the other Limited Partners (in their sole discretion), (ii) to another Limited Partner or an Affiliate thereof or (iii) to any Permitted Transferee of such Limited Partner.
