TRANSFERS BY THE SUPPLIER. The Supplier (the “Existing Supplier”) may transfer by means of take-over of contract (contractsoverneming) (the “Transfer”) to another entity which has all consents and approvals required in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement (the “New Supplier”) all of its rights and obligations with regard to all or any of the vehicles the subject of this Agreement as shall be specified (the “Relevant Vehicles”).
