If the Series 18 Preferred Limited Partnership Units are held through the Book-Entry System then the beneficial owner thereof shall provide instructions with respect to Series 18 Preferred Limited Partnership Units only to the Depository participant through whom such beneficial owner holds such Series 18 Preferred Limited Partnership Units and registrations of ownership, transfers, purchases, surrenders and exchanges of Series 18 Preferred Limited Partnership Units will be made only through the Book–Entry System.
