Transfers from a Linked Account. All transfers from your linked Account must be in exact dollar increm ents. Fees for transfers may be assessed as disclosed in the Consumer Account Disclosure. We are not required to transfer funds to your Checking Account if: a. Any or all of your Accounts are subject to a writ of garnishment, writ of attachment, tax levy, or similar document. b. There is a dispute between persons claiming an interest in the Account. c. We are uncertain regarding who is entitled to funds in any Account you may have with us.
