Common use of Transfers from the UK Clause in Contracts

Transfers from the UK. Where a Restricted Transfer is made from the UK, the UK Transfer Addendum is incorporated into this DPA and applies to the transfer. The UK Transfer Addendum is completed with the information in Section 7.2, the Subprocessors List, and Schedules A and B to this DPA; and both “Importer” and “Exporter” are selected in Table 4.

Transfers from the UK. Where a Restricted Transfer is made from the UKUnited Kingdom, the UK Transfer Addendum is incorporated into this DPA and applies to the transfer. The UK Transfer Addendum is completed with the information in Section 7.212.2 of this DPA (Transfers from the EEA), the Subprocessors ListSub-processors listed in Appendix A and the Sub-processor Documentation, and Schedules Appendices A and B to this DPA; and both “Importer” and “Exporter” are selected in Table 44 of the UK Transfer Addendum.
