Transfers Include Foreclosure. For purposes of this ARTICLE ----------------------------- FOUR, a transfer of Stock by the Shareholder shall be deemed to include, but shall not be limited to, any transfer of legal or beneficial ownership by reason of foreclosure under any pledge, hypothecation or similar credit transactions that was previously permitted by the Corporation; provided, however, that the Corporation shall have the right to prohibit any such pledge or similar transaction in its sole discretion.
