Transfers Limited. Except as expressly permitted herein, Members shall not sell, assign, transfer, mortgage, charge or otherwise encumber, or suffer any third party to sell, assign, transfer, mortgage, charge or otherwise encumber, or contract to do or permit any of the foregoing, whether voluntarily or by operation of law (herein sometimes collectively called a "transfer"), any part or all of their Membership Interests.
