Transfers of Custody. (i) Designated Custodian will cooperate with Seller/Servicer and the transferee Document Custodian to transfer custody of Note Files pursuant to the Guide and as set forth in this Agreement. Within 30 days after the Effective Date of Transfer, Designated Custodian will deliver Note Files relating to the affected Mortgages to the transferee Document Custodian.
